Local Buzz Surrounds Kwik Trip’s Anticipated Opening Date

If you’ve been driving through Baxter lately, you’ve probably noticed something new taking shape, and chances are, you’re just as curious as the rest of us. Yep, Kwik Trip is coming to town, and people are already buzzing about it.

A week or so ago, someone sent us a photo showing fresh concrete being poured at the site. That was our first clue that things were really starting to move. Since then, construction has been happening fast!

THINGS ARE GOING UP FAST IN BAXTER

Now that the building’s just about up, they’ll start working on the inside. That means stocking the shelves, putting up signage, and hiring the team who’ll be running things day to day. Before long, we’ll be filling up our tanks, grabbing hot snacks, and standing in line checking out all the bakery goods with our mouths watering.

CAR WASH?

I’m hoping this one comes with a car wash. And if it does, will it be one bay or two? I’ve seen both at other locations, and it kind of feels like a coin toss at this point. Their car washes are killer and affordable. I always use the No Touch option.

The big question everyone’s asking is: When is it opening?

 WHEN WILL BAXTER'S KT BE OPENING?

Well, I heard from someone with insider knowledge that the current target date is October 30th. That’s not official just yet, but it sounds like things are lining up for a fall opening — just in time for Halloween. Whether you're stopping in for snacks, fuel, or last-minute candy, Baxter’s Kwik Trip will be ready to roll.
