Happy hump day! What better way to start off the chilly day than with a giant muffin from Perkins? Each week my cameraman Josh Akkerman and I are surprising a different business with a dozen muffins.

We decided that the folks at Insight Eye Care deserved a muffin and coffee break for their hard work.
