Surprise Muffin Delivery: Sartell City Hall [WATCH]
Yesterday was the perfect day to be out and about delivering muffins. The weather was gorgeous and the muffins were fresh out of the oven.
My camera man Alex Svejkovski and I decided to stop by Sartell City Hall and surprise the hard working staff with giant Perkins muffins.
