12 of 20 Drunkest Cities in America are in Wisconsin
According a 2017 report by County Health Rankings & Roadmaps, the drunkest people in America are our neighbors to the east in Wisconsin -- with 12 cities among the 20 drunkest in the country; seven in the Top-10; and each of the Top-4. That explains all the damn cheese on their heads.
Thanks to the gang down in Mankato, the Land of 10,000 Lakes was not shutout of the Top-20. Mankato came in at #10 on the list.
Other neighbors outside of Wisconsin to crack the Top-20 are Fargo, ND (#5); Ames, IA (#8); Grand Forks, ND (#14); and Iowa City, IA (#19).
