A man was shot in north St. Cloud this (Wednesday) afternoon. St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says it happened at about 1:00 p.m. in the 100 block of 18th Avenue North.
The Stearns County Sheriff's Office has identified the body of the 21-year-old woman found on the ice on the Mississippi River. She's been identified as Hannah Udvig of St. Cloud.
