Morris spent 14 years with the Detroit Tigers, two years with the Toronto Blue Jays and one year each with the Twins and Cleveland. Morris won 198 games in 408 starts while striking out 1,980 batters in 3,042 innings.
This is the first season the Twins have had multiple Gold Glove winners since 2007, when pitcher Johan Santana and center fielder Torii Hunter each took home the award. It is the first Gold Glove for anyone on the Twins since Joe Mauer won at catcher in 2010.
The Minnesota Twins are bringing back Paul Molitor as manager after he led a historic turnaround. The Twins announced Monday that Molitor is getting a new three-year deal that keeps him under contract through 2020.
