With an uncertain NBA future, the Minnesota Timberwolves' Kevin Love has withdrawn from Team USA ahead of Monday's start to training camp. It's believed that Love took himself off the roster to avoid injury -- something that would devastate any potential upcoming trade moves.
The Timberwolves bounced back at Denver with a 101-97 Thursday night after losing at Utah Wednesday night. J.J. Barea scored 12 of his 17 points in the 4th quarter and Alexey Shved added 17 points for Minnesota. Luke Ridnour and Andrei Kirilenko each scored 14 points for Minnesota.
The Timberwolves lose 10-6-84 at Utah to the Jazz Wednesday night. Minnesota struggled shooting the ball again shooting just 34 percent from the field while Utah shot 49 percent.
