What To Expect From St. Joe's Woodfired Wednesdays This Summer

We had Summer a couple of weeks ago, actually even just last week, and now we have got weather that seems like it's like early to late April. Not great. But, things will be getting better later on this week.

We are heading into a holiday weekend this coming weekend as the unofficial kick off to Summer happens with Memorial Day weekend. Even though we all know that officially Summer doesn't happen until June 20th.

There is a weekly event starting this week that you may want to plan for throughout the summer.

WHAT IS WOODFIRED WEDNESDAYS?

This weekly event takes place, just as it suggests, every Wednesday, starting this Wednesday, the 21st and will run through the end of August. It's a fun event which happens outdoors. There is live music each week, and some great food that you can purchase. Personally, I love the pizzas. They really are just personal pizzas, but if you want to share one, that is an option.

The location is Rolling Ridge Event Center on County Road 133 in St. Joe and lasts from 4pm to 9pm. If you get there around 5-ish, parking will already be starting to fill up, but there is plenty of parking.

CAN YOU RESERVE A TABLE?

The seating is all first come, first served, but there are a handful of VIP tables that you can reserve.

WHAT IS THE COST?

The cost to get in is only $5. BUT, if you are a couple who is planning to get married at the venue, you can have that fee waived. You do need to let the attendant know when you get there, and what your date is. Other than that, for food and drink purchase, they do accept cash or credit/debit cards and there is an ATM on site.
