Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect through Noon Tuesday for nearly all of Minnesota -- including Benton, Kandiyohi, Mille Lacs, Meeker, Morrison, Sherburne, Stearns, and Wright Counties -- along wit the Twin Cities metro area.

Wind chills as low as 40 below will be possible through Tuesday across the area. Wind chills will be coldest during the late night through mid morning hours. Wind chills should improve to around 25 below zero each afternoon.

The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
