The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory in effect through Noon Wednesday for wind chills as low as -35°.

The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.

Cold weather will persist through Wednesday. Highs today will struggle to get above zero across much of the area, and lows tonight will fall back to between 10 and 20 below zero.
