Why is it OK for someone to drive around the City of St. Cloud and throw all this trash in our yards? Please stop!

Every month, I walk to the end of my driveway, my yard, or my sidewalk (wherever it ended up) -- pick up the trash, dump the contents into my recycling bin, and throw the bag in with my plastic bag recycling.

The cover says 'Shopping News.' LOL! News? It's a bunch of ads -- and NOTHING else.

I take my dog for a walk and these things are everywhere. I'm pretty sure that if I drove around St. Cloud and threw crap in everybody's yard, I'd be hearing from City officials of some type.

After a quick Google of 'Shopping News' I see this:

Shopping News is a carrier delivered source of shopping information delivered to non-subscribers of The St. Cloud Times.

What? If I subscribe you'll stop? Still no.

And then this:

The number to call to request delivery, stop delivery or to report a delivery issue is 320-259-3600.  This number is prominently displayed on the front page of each Shopping News edition.

I got a message when I called to attempt to stop delivery this afternoon saying, "Thank you for calling the St. Cloud Times, we are sorry we missed your call. Office hours are 9 AM to 1 PM Monday through Friday."

How do I get those hours? Maybe they're busy throwing unwanted stuff in our yards.
