There are some tourist attractions around the United States that some people absolutely love and others where you might say to yourself... why????

Maybe it's just me, but that gum wall that's located in Seattle is just disgusting.  I mean YUCK!  Why would you want to go somewhere to check out and probably take a picture with a bunch of people's already been chewed gum which is then stuck to some random alley wall?

Any of the homes from various movies and TV shows.  Like the Christmas Story home.  That thing is now a museum.  Or the home from Breaking Bad. I believe there are still people who live in the home, and they get upset when there are too many tourists taking pictures of the house. That would be annoying, but they had to know what they were getting into, right?

Finally, the "attraction" that is considered as one of the worst in the United States is the Mall of America.  I had heard this piece of information before, but I was wrong with my thinking as to why.  I figured it was because it's just a giant mall.  And yes, that is part of it, but the bigger reason, according to this study, is because it's so busy.  There are a lot of things to do at MOA, but because it's generally so busy, it takes quite awhile to see and do all of the other things that you can do other than shopping.  It's a great place to take the family, especially when the weather isn't cooperating with outdoor activities.  There is mini golf, an amusement park, VR activities, movie theatre and an aquarium.  But sometimes the place is so busy with people going to the over 500 stores, the other activities can get kind of lost.

So the whole reason the Mall of America is on this list is because it's too busy.  Ok.
