Weather Makes Busy Weekend for Minnesota State Patrol

It was an epic weekend for the Minnesota State Patrol since Friday, helping travelers who fell victim to Mother' Nature's wintry grip -- creating havoc on Minnesota's highways.

Statewide since Friday, the MN State Patrol has responded to:

• 630 crashes
• 69 with injury (3 serious, 2 fatal)
• 1182 vehicles that spun out and/or went off the road
• 20 jackknifed semis
