Watch Your Step! MN Muralist Transforms This Bathroom Floor!
If I ever won the lottery you might not realise at first, but there would be some signs. Namely, I'd be hiring this Minnesota muralist, who just shared some of his most recent work, to create something as equally quirky. The muralist, Tony Stafki, has been amazing his clients for years, but his latest work blew my mind. Check this out!
.
Ice fishing work! Got to spend 2 weeks up at a guy's cabin by Ashby, MN. He likes unique so he had me paint a large mural in his dining room/living room area, the floor of a bathroom to look like an ice fishing hole, and a spearing hole in his heated porch area! I felt like I was on a painting vacation. Partnered with Twin Cities ICOAT, LLC Concrete overlays/Epoxy again for the clear coat on the floor murals!
You aren't looking at some fancy ice castle in that top photo. That is someone's bathroom floor that Tony painted an ice fishing scene on!
I'm a little jealous of the spearing scene, as the muskie is just coming into frame, I can almost hear the water lightly slapping the sides of the hole.

Folks in St. Cloud might be familiar with Tony's work as he spent the better part of November painting a mural at Breakthrough Therapy Center.
Spent the last month at Breakthrough Therapy Center in St. Cloud, MN. It is a wellness center for kids with Autism. So many different themed areas! Lots for the kids to enjoy!
Tony, who started as a software engineer before making the transition over to painting, has done some amazing work. Tony has even been featured on Minnesota Bound due to his ability to capture nature in paint.
You can see some examples from his website, here.
