As I was sitting here this morning looking at everyone's weekend plans on Facebook, when I spotted this beauty right before my eyes!  Does that look refreshing or what?

It also looks incredibly filling. A meal in one.  I think for a limited time they are available at the Clearwater Travel Plaza...and I really want one.

Take me away CTP Mimosa...to a warm beach, sand under my feet, and a cool refreshing 10 foot tall Mimosa in hand.
