Tri-County Humane Society Pet of the Week: Oscar [Watch]

This little guy is looking for a big home full of love! Oscar is a 7 year old chihuahua who's original owners could no longer afford to take care of him. Oscar bonds very closely to his people. Take him for a ride in the car and he will be your best friend forever!
