Toys For Tots Is Underway in central Minnesota

Bob & Steve stopped by today to tell us all about Toys For Tots. Boxes were set out yesterday all around central Minnesota in an effort to collect toys throughout the holiday season.  The time crunch is on. We have approximately 3 1/2 weeks to get those gifts and cash donations in before they are distributed for the holiday season.

If you are a family in need, please contact Catholic Charities. They will have you fill out a form so you can participate in this years Toys For Tots program if you qualify. You can register with them by clicking here NOW. Don't wait, as the sooner they know you are in need, the sooner you can be put on list for this years events.

Toys for Tots work closely with Catholic Charities to make sure that families and children in need get something for Christmas. Both men have been around the world, and have seen what going without means; they don't want to see that happen for the people in our community.

Working with Catholic Charities, all of the gifts and cash donations are used for people in this area; so it's a great collaberation that they invite you to be a part of.

They are collecting gives for children from 0 through 16....You can donate a gift of any value, but over $15 is recommended. If you give a cash donation, they are welcome as well. Toys For Tots is limited to buying $30 maximum priced gifts with cash donations, so that they can make sure no one is left behind.
