Today Is ‘National Root Beer Float’ Day

Today is 'National Root Beer Float' Day, and Pete & Cindy will be serving up free ones from 2p to 4p at the A&W on Pine Cone Road in Sartell. Now while they will be free, we're hoping for donations -- benefiting the Wounded Warrior Project.

We haven't decided who will be scooping the ice cream, and who will be pouring the root beer -- we just know the'll be delicious, and it benefits a great cause. See you there!
