Deer hunting opener is just over a week away in Central Minnesota. Soon the woods will be filled with blaze orange specs freezing their butts off in the deer stand, hoping for a shot at a trophy deer.

Comedian and online content creator Charlie Berens from Wisconsin perfectly summed up the one guy at deer camp who is a 'fair weather hunter'. The guy that sleeps in, forgets his gun, is way too loud, and is really only out there to play Buck Hunter on their iPhone. We all know one, and if you don't know one you might be one.

The video pretty much nails what hunting in Minnesota is like, even though it is made by someone from Wisconsin. We won't hold it against him.

The hunting season has been off to a great start in Minnesota with 5,700 hunters getting a deer during the early youth season, and license sales were up 50% from last year. The regular firearm season starts in Minnesota on November 9th and goes through November 24th.

Good luck hunters, even the fair weather ones!
