Despite yesterday's announcement that Kenny Chesney's 2021 show in early June at U.S. Bank Stadium has been postponed until 2022, the belief is that increasing vaccination rates in the state will make live concerts and festivals doable especially later in the summer for events like the Twin Cities Summer Jam and WE Fest.
