Minnesota may be the Land of 10,000 Lakes, but we've also got our share of small towns -- around 800 if you're counting. From the Dakotas to Wisconsin, and from Canada to Iowa; here are the ten smallest incorporated towns in Minnesota we could find.
#10 - Warba, Minnesota (Population 181)
Warba, Minnesota is located in Itasca County, about 15 miles southeast of Grand Rapids. Warba boasts a post office, a store, and great hunting & fishing.
#9 - McGrath, Minnesota (Population 78)
The town of McGrath is located in Aitkin County, about 30 miles north of Mora.
#8 - Vining, Minnesota (Population 75)
Vining sits on Highway 210 in Otter Tail County, about 30 miles east of Fergus Falls. If you've ever been there you probably remember all the sculptures.
#7 - Gully, Minnesota (Population 66)
Ever been to Gully? Me neither. It's located in Polk County between Bemidji and Thief River Falls, near the Hangaard State Wildlife Management Area.

Whalan sits on the Root River in Fillmore County in southern Minnesota, about 35 miles southeast of Rochester.

Hazel Run is situated in Yellow Medicine County in western Minnesota about 10 miles south of Montevideo.
#4 - Doveray, Minnesota (Population 56)
Dovray is located in Murray County in southwestern Minnesota, about 40 miles south of Marshall.
#3 - Louisburg, Minnesota (Population 46)
Louisburg is in in Lac qui Parle County in western Minnesota, about 15 miles southeast of Ortonville. Don't blink if you're rolling through on County Road 59.
#2 - Johnson, Minnesota (Population 28)
Johnson, Minnesota is in Big Stone County in far western Minnesota, about 20 miles west of Morrison Highway 28.
#1 - Funkley, Minnesota (Population 5)
Taking the title of 'Smallest City in Minnesota' is Funkley. Located in Beltrami County, about 30 miles northwest of Bemidj, Funkley has a bar, but that's about it.
