Gentlemen, you may want to take notes if you're planning on popping the question in the near future.

I'm pretty sure I would be freaked out if this happened to me but it would be a great story to pass along to future generations!  I can't imagine being pulled over and told I had outstanding warrants only to be surprised in this way.

It's pretty cool he got so many people to help him make this a memory for the two of them. I'm guessing they're going to have a fun, eventful future together!
