TCF Bank Stadium Hiring People to Shovel Out the Stadium

The University of Minnesota Golden Gophers have a big game against the badgers this weekend, and need a field to play on. Currently the one at TCF Bank Stadium is covered in snow.

If you are looking for a little extra holiday shopping money, you can get paid to clear off the filed before Saturday's big game. Shovelers need to show up to the stadium with two forms of ID before 5 pm Wednesday to be eligible for the $14/hr pay, and only workers 18+ are allowed to join the snow clearing team.

The last time TCF Bank Stadium had to be cleared out by a shoveling crew was in 2014, and back then they only paid $10 an hour. What a wage increase!

The Gophers (10-1) face the Badgers (9-2) at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, and the winner will win the Big Ten West Division and play in the Big Ten Championship Game against Ohio State.
