Taco Bell’s Latest ‘Taco Shell’

Taco Bell is testing my ticker.

They began making taco shells out of 'other' a few years ago (waffles, biscuits, fried chicken). My favorite so far are the Doritos-dusted shells.

So far.

This...is actually awesome! It feels a tad less gimicky and more...healthy? Cutting carbs (even though potatoes are in the taco...but potatoes rule!) and adding protein to a breakfast taco.
