Sunday Morning Country Classic Spotlight to Feature Clay Walker

Born Ernest Clayton Walker Jr. August 19, 1969 in Beaumont, Texas the oldest of five children. Walker’s career began in the early 90s. He released over 10 albums, charted 30 country singles, including six number ones.

Walker has married twice. First to Lori Jayne Lampson, a rodeo queen they had two daughters. The couple divorced in 2003.  His second marriage was to model Jessica Craig on September 28, 2007. He fathered three more children with Jessica.

Walker has participated in several forms of charity to help raise awareness of multiple sclerosis following his diagnosis in 1996.

Walker is coming to Minnesota in June.  He’s part of the 2017 line up of Kick’n Up Kountry Music Festival June 7-10, 2017 at Karlstad, Minnesota.  Karlstad is located in Northwestern MN, North of Thief River Falls, MN.
