In a year of coronavirus-related on off-again, on-again -- the Stearns History Museum is happy to announce they will be reopening this Thursday, January 21st.

The Museum's lobby and exhibits will be open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Reservations are not required, but are recommended. Due to the governor's COVID-19 restrictions, visitor capacity is limited. A reservation will help ensure that you can enjoy the Museum at your preferred time. the staff asks that you limit group sizes to ten or less. Reservations can be made by calling 320-253-8424.

Additionally, Museum staff will be wearings masks, and ask that you do the same. Hand sanitizer will be available through the building.

Free Museum Exhibit Admission During February

Current exhibits include Minnesota’s Secret Language School, the story of the Japanese-American military interpreters during WWII, and What I Fought For, a photography exhibit that examines the relationship between refugees and U.S. veterans.
