Snow, Wind, and Cold for New Year’s Eve
More snow, frigid temps, and strong winds will cause near white-out conditions across central & west central Minnesota Monday and Monday night.
The St. Cloud area can expect 3-4" of snow along with wind gusts of 30-40 mph, driving the wind chills near -30° on New Year's Eve.
