The National Weather Service says to get ready for snow, as several inches of accumulation are expected beginning tomorrow and continuing into Sunday.

Snow will spread across the state from west to east tomorrow, before things wind down Sunday morning. The weather forecast models have been consistent with at least a few inches of snow across Minnesota Saturday into early Sunday.

The National Weather Service still anticipates travel impacts from the snow, but they are not expected to be severe considering the light winds and timing of the snowfall (Saturday into early Sunday morning).
