Snow On the Way Later in the Week
The National Weather Service says we could see a few inches of snow across Central Minnesota Wednesday night and Thursday -- along with moderating temperatures, but they won't last long as we head back to the deep freeze to ring in the new year.
Here in St. Cloud we're about 6-inches below average for snowfall so far this season.
From the National Weather Service tonight: Dangerously cold wind chills will remain through Tuesday. We will get a brief warm-up into the teens Thursday with a couple inches of snow, before arctic air returns to carry us into 2018.
