Should Officers Ride School Buses to Catch Drivers Who Don’t Stop?
IT'S TIME TO GET SERIOUS
Officers in Wood County Ohio are getting serious about stop arm violators in their cities. They will be riding on school buses at various school districts around the county to look for drivers who do not stop when they're supposed to. The officers will ride on school buses that typically see more issues.
OFFICERS ON SCHOOL BUSES?
Is this something we should try in central Minnesota? Have the stop arm violations improved? I know we've discussed having another person on the bus to help the kids cross the road, but would having an officer on board a few times help?
