Severe Weather Threat Continues

The National Weather Service says a marginal risk of severe weather will continue for the St. Cloud area through tomorrow. A few strong storms are possible, especially this afternoon & evening -- and again tomorrow & tomorrow night.

Be weather aware, and stay tuned to 98.1 for possible watches and warnings.

From the National Weather Service this morning: There is a chance of thunderstorm for much of the day, but the strongest storms are expected from mid-afternoon through the evening. Severe thunderstorms are possible, especially in the slight risk area. Large hail and damaging wind gusts are the primary hazards, along with heavy rainfall.
