Severe thunderstorms are possible tonight. Strong winds and large hail are the primary threats, but isolated tornadoes are also possible.

Scattered thunderstorms could develop across southern MN this evening, with more widespread thunderstorms expected to arrive from the Dakotas and move through from west to east overnight. These storms could be severe, so be sure to have a way to receive warnings and remember to check for forecast updates through the day and tonight.
