The National Weather Services says severe storms are possible across portions of Central Minnesota this afternoon and evening -- mainly to the north and east of Saint Cloud

Later this afternoon and evening, scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop across Minnesota and Wisconsin. A few of these storms could produce damaging wind.

From the National Weather Service this morning: There is a marginal risk of severe weather, mainly north of I-94, with isolated thunderstorms this afternoon and early evening. The primary threat will be damaging wind gusts.
