Salvation Army Bell Ringing is the Perfect Way to Give Back this Holiday Season
The Salvation Army's bell ringing season is going on right now through Christmas Eve, when the red kettles are packed away for the season. Volunteers like you are the difference between an empty kettle and one that makes a difference. Are you or your family ready to 'ring for good?'
The Salvation Army in the St. Cloud area is looking for individuals, families, co-workers, and other groups to contribute to the bell-ringing effort during the 2017 Christmas season. At this point there are more kettles than volunteers.
The St. Cloud Salvation Army assists Central Minnesota residents with a wide range of basic needs services, including a midday meal program and an emergency overnight shelter. Aid is provided to anyone in need without discrimination. In addition, they operate a food shelf during the week, and their officers lead worship services every Sunday.
When you volunteer to bell ring or give at a red kettle, you help improve, and even save lives. The money dropped in a kettle goes right back into our local Central Minnesota community. Learn more HERE.
