S.W.A.T. Team from St. Cloud Victorious in Can-Am Games

ST. CLOUD – Yesterday we told you about the SWAT competition, one of the events of the 2012 Can-Am Police-Fire Games.

Today, it was announced that the St. Cloud team took first place out of the 9 teams in the 6-event competition.

The event was not open to the public.

Event spokesman Dave Cossette says the St. Cloud team won a state-of-the-art robot from ReconRobotics, which will be used in investigations involving dangerous situations.
