Rollie's Rednecks & Longnecks in Sauk Rapids announced they'll be canceling upcoming indoor live music shows over the coming weeks.

The restaurant and bar shared the news on their Facebook page writing, "With warnings being issued, the possibilities of losing our liquor license, along with the COVID restrictions it is impossible for us to control the crowds."

Bands that were scheduled indoors according to their website were;

  • The HoneyBadgers (Saturday, July 25)
  • Hicktown Mafia (Friday, August 7)
  • Stone Road (Saturday, August 8)
  • Roadhouse 6 (Saturday, August 15)

Rollie's wrote, "be assured...when this plandemic ends, we will be back bigger and better than ever!"

The outdoor acts will still go on as planned but at limited capacity.

  • Colt Ford (Friday, July 24)
  • Kentucky HeadHunters (Saturday, August 1)

The restaurant is still open for dine-in and takeout. After sharing the news on social media, Rollie's received hundreds of reactions in the form of likes comments and shares.

Barb Feia wrote, "I will support Rollie’s when they are open and when they are limited. The sign on the door is as American as it gets. You have a choice to enter or believe it is a health risk and turn around. Last night the band was awesome and the staff was amazing as usual. Cheers!!!"

Mary Lelou commented, "Sorry to hear this! We'll still be supporting you, Rollie!"

First Circle said, "Well of course that sucks! Looking forward to a quick return!"
