ROCORI Baseball Set For State

The ROCORI Spartans are back at the state baseball tournament for the first time since 2013. ROCORI won section 5AAA and the Spartans check in with a 21-3 record on the season, while their opponents from Little Falls sport a 19-5 record.

Ryan Hennen led ROCORI on the mound this season with a 7-1 record and a microscopic 1.08 ERA while striking out 57 batters in 51 innings pitched.

Jordan Barth played in all 24 games for the Spartans and charted 32 hits while batting .410, while catcher Nick Skluzacek hit .365 for ROCORI.

Thursday's game will be aired live on AM 1390 The Fan, beginning with the pregame show at 12:10 p.m.
