Puppy Recovering After Being Struck by Light Rail [VIDEO]

Jessie, a six month old Border Collie, was struck by a light rail train on May 13th in Denver. Strangely enough, the heat from the train may have saved her life.

She ran away from a pet sitter and several people tried to catch her.  Unfortunately, she was hit by the train first and lost one of her legs as a result.  She seems to be recovering and adapting quite well.  CBS 4 Denver caught up with Jessie and her owner.
