Meet Kiwi, a spayed 6 year old Border Collie and Black Lab Mix.

She was surrendered due to her owner having a change in lifestyle and could no longer give her the attention she deserved.

Kiwi is well-behaved and knows how to sit, lie down, and kennel up. Kiwi loves to play tug-of-war with a rope toy and fetch with a tennis ball. She did well interacting with children and also lived with one other dog and a cat; both whom she was quite fond of.

Kiwi is afraid of thunderstorms and is known to jump in bed with you to be comforted. She is also housetrained and used to being kenneled at night.

Kiki came to the shelter because her owner was having landlord issues.

She is 8 years old and is spayed.

Kiki is described as having a mellow and affectionate personality. She will greet you when you come home from a long day and is also known to give you little kitty kisses!

Kiki lived with all ages of children and did well with them, but she isn’t a fan of dogs. She has an independent streak, and during those times you will probably find her on top of her cat tower looking out a window or taking a nap.

Kiki qualifies for the Name Your Own Price promotion and would also be free to a senior or someone in the military.
