With St. Cloud only expecting an inch or so of snow tonight through tomorrow morning, parts of northeast Minnesota could see up to 10" of the white stuff.

Rain is expected to spread across central Minnesota late this afternoon into the night, before changing over to snow early Thursday morning.

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for St. Louis, Cook, and Lake counties.

From the National Weather Service this Morning: Rain will develop quickly this evening and continue all night. Rain will turn to snow from west to east late tonight through Thursday morning. The precipitation is expected to end during the day Thursday. Little to no snow is expected across the coverage area.
