Cathy nominated her daughter, Kayla and this is what Cathy wrote to Opie's Angels...

"Kayla has lost her job, she has two children to support and is in need of a bed for her three-year-old daughter, who presently is sleeping on an old mattress on the floor in her mother's room. Kayla also has a one-year-old son... if you could find it in your heart to help her out she would be ever grateful. Thank you for your considerations."
