NOAA Predicting Snowy Winter for Minnesota
First it was Poor Richard's Almanac, then the Farmer's Almanac got on board, and now you can add some science to that as NOAA says they expect a 'snowier than normal' winter here in Minnesota.
NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Adminsitration) is calling for above-normal snow for much of the Plaines and upper midwest.
Not a snow lover, but looking for a sliver lining? Temperatures are expected to be near-normal in the state this winter (which is a heck of a lot better than below normal).
If this all comes across as bad news, might we suggest you win a Dream Getaway from 98.1 and escape to a tropical destination free of charge this winter?
