There is a new Christmas movie that's available to watch online on LIFETIME now, called "The Christmas Listing,"  that was filmed in Minnesota.

KARE 11 reported that the movie was actually filmed at Erickson Farmstead, which is a wedding and event center in Isanti.

This is of course, NOT the first movie that has been filmed in Minnesota. There were others, like "Grumpy Old Men".

The premiere of "The Christmas Listing" was on Monday night on The Lifetime channel, but now you can still watch it if you hadn't seen it, by just going to lifetime online.  There is no cost to watch the movie.

If you want to learn more about this beautiful location you can visit their Facebook page by clicking HERE now.  The movie is for the whole family of course, with a TV-PG rating and lasts about an hour and a half.

You're probably wondering....how did they get snow in the movie? We've hardly had any? The shooting began in February of this year, and as you'll recall...we had plenty to go around for everyone!

Julia Rogers plays Lexi Giovagnoli; a really hardworking realty owner who has lost her Christmas spirit.  She ends up having to spend a week at a Christmas Inn with her competitor, Chad Everest (Travis Burns) to try and win over a badly needed listing of the Erickson Farmstead.

What other movies that have been filmed in Minnesota have you watched? Do you like any more than others?
