My Mom’s Underwear Showed Up in the Mail Yesterday

Yesterday a pair or my mom's underwear showed up in my mail. (Yes, really.) It appears to have traveled over a thousand miles to get to me, even though she lives in Ham Lake.

My parents visited my brother and his family in Washington, D.C. the week after Christmas -- and apparently mom left a pair of undies at his house.

Yesterday I received a package with her skivvies and a note asking me to return them next time I saw her. There was no comment as to where they were found (ceiling fan, front yard, back seat of their car).

I also found it interesting that he sent them to me in a bubble-wrap shipping envelope. (???)

Mom, if you're reading this I will bring them to breakfast Sunday morning at the Lake Cafe in Big Lake (in the bubble wrap envelope).
