Minnesota Wild Win 4th Straight, Beat Sharks in OT
The Minnesota Wild (35-20-7) beat the San Jose Sharks (33-21-9) 3-2 in overtime last night at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul for the teams fourth win in a row.
Earlier in the week the Wild swept an east coast road trip with wins over the New York Islanders, New Jersey Devils, and New York Rangers.
Minnesota goals came from Matt Cullen (7) and Eric Staal (30) -- before Jared Spurgeon (8) knocked through the game winner in overtime.
With the win, the Wild move to within six points of second place in the division.

The Wild host the St. Louis Blues tomorrow night at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. The puck drops at 7 PM (TV: Fox Sports North Plus, Radio: 1390 KXSS).
