The Minnesota Wild (4-2-2) made it three straight wins, topping the Lightning 5-4 in overtime Saturday night at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

Tampa Bay erupted for three first period goals, countered by one from Charlie Coyle (2), giving the Lightning a 3-1 lead after one. Minnesota's Marcus Foligno (1) scored the only goal of the second period, leaving the Wild trailing 3-2 going into the third.

Tampa added a third period goal, but the Wild added goals by Zach Parise (3) and Jason Zucker (4) to send the game to overtime at 4-4.

Mikael Granlund (3) scored with 1:17 left in overtime to give Minnesota the win and the two points in the standings.

The Wild out-shot the Lightning 34-31, with Alex Stalock making 27 saves for Minnesota.
