Minnesota Wild Fall to Sharks Tuesday in San Jose
The Minnesota Wild (8-4-2) continued their long road trip Tuesday night in San Jose, losing to the Sharks 4-3.
The Sharks had a 2-0 lead in the second period before Minnesota finally scored on a powerplay goal by Zach Parise (0). San Jose would add another goal in the period to take a 3-1 lead into the third.
Jared Spurgeon (4) opened the scoring in the third period, and Matt Dumba (5) tied the game at 3-3 just minutes later. Unfortunately the lead didn't last, with a game-winning goal coming from the Sharks halfway through the third period.
