There are so many auctions that happen throughout the year - maybe it's a farm auction, maybe an estate auction, just an anything goes auction, whatever it is there are always people who love a good auction.  You can almost always find something that you need or want at an auction.  The only issue between an auction and something like a flea market is the fact that you may or may not get the item you are interested in depending on how much you want to spend.

HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO OWN A PIECE OF MINNESOTA HISTORY

How would you like to own a piece of Minnesota?  As in a piece of the Minnesota State Fair?  We are talking vintage items dating back to the 1950s, maybe even earlier.  I did see a pin with a '50s date on it.  And any other surplus item from then and all the way up to a few years ago.

CHECK OUT THE POST ON THE STATE FAIR'S SOCIAL MEDIA

There was a post on the Minnesota State Fair instagram page talking about all of the items that will be up for bid.  The bidding runs from now through March 16th.  If you do win the bid on an item that you would like, you do need to make arrangements to pick it up by March 17th from 10am to 6pm.

Auction Masters said anyone who bids on an item and wins must be able to pick it up from the North End Event Center at the State Fairgrounds from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on March 17. Organizers also said there will be a forklift on-site from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. that day for anyone with larger items who may need assistance.

IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT, YOU COULD OWN A VINTAGE PIECE OF THE MINNESOTA STATE FAIR

It would be so fun to own a piece of Minnesota history - via the Minnesota State Fair.  Especially if you are someone who absolutely loves the state fair.  There are people who go multiple days of the fair.  Personally, we go every other year, but I could go more times.  Especially if I were someone who lived a lot closer than we do.
