ARE YOU A SONGWRITER?

I've been getting notices about auditioning for the upcoming season of SONGLAND, Season 2 on NBC. So last night, I opened up the audition file and started submitting some of my original songs.

WHAT DO YOU WIN?

Wait a minute...no cash prize? Not money..BUT.... The songwriters music will be recorded by the talented performers/artists on the show, and COULD lead to a very bright writing future which could lead to a great career in writing, which could lead to some money.

I SUBMITTED MY MUSIC

I thought...what the heck...I've got nothing to lose. So I submitted some of my original music, the co writers names and my story. We'll see what happens. I'm pretty sure I'm 'over the hill' even though the rules state that you just have to be OVER a certain age...not under.
