Not only is the guy in this video from St. Cloud, he is also a perfect citizen. He seems like the kind of guy that would help old ladies cross the road all day. A man who would walk to work naked just to prove that clothes don't make a man. If we all could strive to be like this guy, the world would be a better place. LOL.

When asked why he shot such a video, his answer was " I wanted to show how I conserve water and save the planet."
